General Terms and Conditions of Sale Choco-Story COLMAR

This ticketing service is provided by Choco-Story COLMAR (Head office: 12 place de la Cathédrale – 68000 COLMAR).

PREAMBLE

You are using the Choco-Story COLMAR museum ticket reservation service. The general terms and conditions of sale applicable to this sales service are those of Choco-Story COLMAR.

ARTICLE 1 – PRICES AND NUMBER OF TICKETS

1.1 Ticket prices are quoted in euros, all taxes included.
1.2 All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
1.3 Choco-Story COLMAR reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time orders are registered.
1.4 Some services have a limited number of places, in particular workshops.

ARTICLE 2 – AVAILABILITY

Museum ticket reservations are made in real time, but certain categories of tickets or promotions may no longer be available at the time you place your order. Should this be the case, a refund will be made, but Choco-Story COLMAR cannot be held responsible for any prejudice suffered as a result of the non-availability of a particular type of ticket.

ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

Payment by credit card allows you to reserve your tickets online and immediately. Cards accepted for payment of orders at theme park ticket offices are Carte Bleue / Visa and Eurocard / Mastercard.

Certain categories of customer may have access to other means of payment, if these allow sufficient lead time (at least 2 weeks before the event).

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA

4.1 Payment security
Payments are managed by the STRIPE platform, which is entirely secure.

4.2 Personal data
Information and data concerning you are necessary for the management of your order and our commercial relations. This information and data is also kept for security purposes, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer you and the information we send you.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to any information concerning you. You may exercise this right by writing to Choco-Story COLMAR, Service Gestion, Choco-Story COLMAR – 12 place de la Cathédrale – 68000 COLMAR – France, giving us your surname, first name, address and, if possible, your customer reference. In accordance with current regulations, your letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature, and specify the address to which the reply should be sent. You will receive a reply within 2 months of receipt of your request.

ARTICLE 5 – ORDER CONFIRMATION

Your ticket order is only definitively confirmed and binding on Choco-Story COLMAR on receipt of the e-mail confirming that the order has been validated.
We therefore ask you to check your e-mail and your “Spam/Unwanted mail” folder.

ARTICLE 6 – VALIDATION

When you click on the “Validate” button at the end of the order process, on the “Payment” page, and you declare that you accept, by ticking the box “I accept the general conditions of sale”, you declare that you accept the entirety of the General Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by https://choco-story-colmar.fr constitutes proof of all transactions between Choco-Story COLMAR and its customers.

ARTICLE 7 – OBTAINING TICKETS

Tickets are generated automatically at the end of your order, upon receipt of payment by our website.

ARTICLE 8 – CANCELLATION, REFUND, USE

8.1 No right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, museum tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
8.2 Museum tickets cannot be reimbursed, even in the event of loss or theft, nor can they be taken back or exchanged, except in the event of exceptional closure and the organizer’s decision to reimburse tickets. Should the organizer decide to reimburse a ticket, this will only be done in favor of the original purchaser, against return of the ticket. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than the purchase price. No duplicate ticket can be issued, even in the event of loss or theft. At the museum entrance, you may be asked to show valid photo ID, which must match the name on the ticket if it is a personal one.
8.3 Events take place under the responsibility of Le musée gourmand du Chocolat – Choco-Story.
8.4 In the event of the cancellation or modification of the date or time of an event for which you have reserved tickets, you accept that Le musée gourmand du Chocolat – Choco-Story, insofar as possible, may use the contact details you entered when making the reservation to keep you informed of the procedure to follow. In any event, we invite you to check 24 hours before the service that it has been maintained without modification.
8.5 In any event, any ticket purchased will not be reimbursed, even if it has not been used by the customer.

ARTICLE 10 – DELIVERY

As this is a dematerialized ticketing system, e-tickets are sent to the e-mail address sent at the time of reservation.

No ticket can be printed by Choco-Story COLMAR, nor sent by post or any other carrier.

ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW – DISPUTES

The ticket sales referred to herein are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
